How do I know if the subscription is right for me?

Our subscription service is perfect for you if you are beginning your fundraising journey. Our subscription service is designed for small scale NGOs, grass-root and community-based organisations, start-ups and social enterprises that are looking for donor funding. Because we are based Europe and Asia, we work mostly (but not exclusively!) in these locations.

What types of payment methods are accepted, and is billing monthly or annually?

You will be invoiced monthly or yearly depending on your choice for your bright subscription. You will receive an automatic notification to pay through WISE, PayPal or by bank transfer. We accept all three forms of payment.

Is there training or support available for using the services?

When you sign up for our subscription service, we conduct an onboarding meet and greet session with your organization focal point to get familiar with the subscriber platform and understand your needs to match our troubleshooting 1:1 sessions to the appropriate expert. You can ask any questions you may have to your assigned expert via email or in the monthly 1:1 troubleshooting calls (available 3 months after subscription start date).

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once you decide to cancel your subscription, requests can be sent to: contact@bright.edu.vn. A calendar month's notice is required to end your subscription, where you can find this information in the "cancellation" section of your subscriber agreement.
