An expert in data analysis, business intelligence, and IT strategy, he has previously worked as Chief Technology Officer for a 10-figure public steel company and developed advanced data models to drive marketing, sales, and management decisions worldwide. Don merges data-driven insights with strategic leadership to optimize performance and growth. 

Growing up in Geneva with a UN-based family, international development is in Claire’s blood.  Now based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, she has a deep understanding of Regional Asian markets, priorities and funding landscapes. With 10 years of experience working in the sector, and a special focus on human rights and varying humanitarian crises (both acute and prolonged), she has a breadth of experience in building fundraising mechanisms from the ground up. Data-driven and strategic, Claire has scaled impactful campaigns across corporate, institutional, and individual giving, driving Bright’s success with confidence and precision.

Based in Cambridge, UK Sophie is surrounded by tech, start ups, accelerators and brilliant minds. She’s worked in humanitarian and international development for nine years, with a focus on strategic partnerships, inclusive innovation and sustainable impact. She is a champion of human-centred design methodologies to innovate with by and for end users. A creative and engaged practitioner with a deep understanding of how to mobilise teams across disciplines and sectors, Sophie excels in scaling project portfolios, and delivering impactful, tangible and sustainable outcomes.
